Saturday 12th March – 7 eider from hide, water rail in ditch on stray opposite stables (followed up by a sighting of 2 together by Simon), merlin.

Friday 11th March – from Simon – 3 kittiwake, water rail on strays near stables, 2 gadwall, 2 grey partridge, 2 avocet, ♀ merlin, imm marsh harrier, 4 buzzard, 110 pink-footed goose west.

Sunday 6th March – from Paulsmall tortoiseshell, buzzard, marsh harrier

Saturday 5th March – from Simon2 ♂common scoter, gadwall, 5 sanderling, 2 knot, stonechat, 4 rock pipit, peregrine, 2 buzzard. (spotted redshank at Hedon Haven)

Friday 4th March – from Paul – highlights a barn owl perched on the scrub of pond car park on Friday 4th and a small tortoiseshell seen on Sunday. Also on Sunday a few buzzards and marsh harrier seen.
